The living spaces in the property consist of a commercial-sized kitchen, a first-floor dining room with seating for forty guests, a first-floor sitting room with TV and a woodburning stove, a multi-activity room with table tennis and table football, drying room and bike workshop and secure storage including bike wash area and workstation. The bedrooms on the ground floor consist of a double, twin with basin, two family rooms with two bunks, three family room with a double and two bunks and a family room with three bunks, as well as a first-floor double and twin and seven shower cubicles and nine WCs. Outside there is a private wrap-around lawn with furniture and fire pit and off-road parking for twelve cars. Within 0.1 miles you will find a shop, within 5.8 miles, a pub and within 0.3 miles, a river and please note that five well-behaved dogs are allowed but sorry, no smoking.
