The seaside resort of Scarborough is just 10 miles away and is a traditional resort with two large beaches. Situated just 3 miles from the North Yorkshire Moors National Park where there are fantastic walks and trails that lead up to the Dalby Forest with its good walking mountain biking and Go Ape for the more adventurous! Enjoy a meander around Pickering where railway-enthusiasts will enjoy the famous North Yorkshire Steam Railway. A delightful cosy barn with a tasteful blend of rustic touches from the brick-laid floor and neutral decor. Step into the entrance hall (please be aware of low lintel) take off your coat and shoes and head into the warm and inviting barn. The contemporary kitchen offers an electric oven and hob dishwasher washing machine fridge with ice compartment and microwave. Meander through to the lounge and sink into the comfortable sofas for the evening and pick a film to watch on the Smart TV. This fabulous cottage is located on the outskirts of the village of Holmfirth near Huddersfield made famous by the TV series The Last of the Summer Wine.
