This Agriturismo lies 30 km. North-west of Volterra. In the heart of Toscana, surrounded by the magnificent hills and situated between Florence and Arezzo you will find the village Peccioli. Peccioli has all the characteristics Toscane is famous for, such as the hills with the beautiful cypresses. Here you can take long walks and enjoy the beautiful nature to the fullest. There are also several mountain bike tracks. The region is well known for its Masaccio, Rossillino and Ghirlandaio opera. At only 2,5 km. distance the places Fabbrica and La Sterza lies, which together with Peccioli offer a medieval radiation. The Agriturismo also has a communal outdoor swimming pool, barbeque and garden furniture with parasols and lounge beds. There are various holiday houses ((IT-56037-01, IT-56037-02, IT-56037-03, IT-56037-04 and IT-56037-07). These are furnished with a clear eye for details; furniture in the Toscana style, terracotta floors and wooden ceilings. A day at the sea is also amongst the options. The beaches are at approx. 45 km. distance from your holiday destination. Every Monday a dinner with typical Tuscan dishes is organised; on Thursday there's Pizza night. It is also possible to organise wine tasting whenever you like.

The guests can enjoy among others a cosy garden terrace with a view over the swimming. In the closely situated estate, wine and olive oil are produced. It is also possible to taste and purchase wine and olive oil. You will also have the opportunity of seeing how the wine and olive oil are produced (to be arranged with the owner).

This is a historic holiday home with real atmosphere between Pisa and Florence, in the town of Palaia. The house (on two floors) dates from 1200 and has been completely restored in a unique way, with the splendid frescoes from 1600 being preserved. The house is above street level and was built above an archaeological excavation site (with remains from the pre-Roman, Etruscan period). Enjoy the truly old Tuscan style in this house. Due to the dominant position above the town, you will also have a vast panoramic view over Palaia and the typically Tuscan area. You will have a spacious, private terrace at your disposal (30 m) situated against the fortresss old walls. There is a great deal of space both inside and outside. You can use the swimming pool, the garden area and the other facilities of an agritourism building 200 m away (belonging to the same owner). Wine and olive oil are produced in the country estate next door, also belonging to the owner. You can thus try and purchase wine and olive oil as well as watch how the wine and olive oil are produced (to be arranged with the owner).

The external part is entirely at the guests' disposal: the gazebo is perfect to have dinner or enjoy a barbecue, and the owners can teach you how to bake a tasty pizza or schiacciata (a regional flat bread) in the ancient oven. If you prefer to unwind with a good book, you may want to hit the outdoor lounge - featuring comfortable armchairs and a table. To freshen up in the hot summers, do not miss the external shower. The owners live next door and are available any time. They even have a henhouse where you can pick up fresh eggs every day - a very fun and interesting experience for the youngest guests - and a garden where you can find seasonal veggies.

Surrounded by the Tuscan countryside, the accessible garden and pool face the southeast, so they are always sunny from sunrise to sunset. The view is characteristic of Tuscany. The hamlet, two kilometres away from the village of Chianni, is an oasis of tranquility, disturbed only by birdsong. The village of Chianni, which dates back to the Middle Ages, is very cute and quaint; there you can find restaurants, pizzerias, a small market, a bank, a tobacco shop and various souvenir and local products shops; everything you need, including friendly people, to make your holidays even more pleasant.

At approximately 30 min drive from the beach it gives you the possibility to go for the day, stay for dinner and come back to your own "harbour of tranquility" Thanks to it's simplicity and space the house is particularly suitable for families and groups of friends " Catering service can be organized on request and in oktober / november it's always time for the olives to be picked, and thus Olive oil tastings! The new owner since 2016 has invested a lot by making a number of changes: the bathrooms are all new, with beautiful showers, modern glass, the sofa beds are all new and luxurious as well as other furniture. Even the beds are new (new mattresses), and in all rooms there is air conditioning! In the kitchenthe hood was replaced and the fires have been repaired. As for the exterior the owner took care of everything neatly and lovingly, putting in a new barbecue, taking care of the garden and a new cleaning system in the pool. There are also two new cleaningladies and the whole house is covered by WiFi signal!

The holiday home is located in the cozy village of Orciatico (100 m), in a strategic area of Tuscany. In Orciatico you'll find a bakery, grocery, post office, and a bank. You can park for free at a 100m from the house. Naturally you can temporarily park at the house to take out your luggage. Just a half-hour's drive away, you'll reach Volterra, which you can already see from the property. Visit San Gimignano (40 km), with its many towers or Lajatico, the famous Teatro del Silenzio di Andrea Bocelli. The famous cities of Pisa (55 km), Siena (70 km), and Florence (85 km) are of course all locations you want to visit. Need a day at the beach? Within an hour, you can be laying on the sandy beach of Castiglioncello!

A newly furnished apartment (ground floor) is available in this holiday house, which is located in Treggiaia, between Pisa and Florence. There is also a large garden for the guests (350 m2) with garden furniture, ideal for relaxing, reading a nice book, or preparing to see all the beautiful cities around. . You can sample the Italian atmosphere in this holiday house and visit the beautiful surrounding area with the cities of Pisa (around 30 km away) and Florence (around 60 km away) as well as the rest of Tuscany. The owner, who studied at the art academy, will gladly give you tips on the area and local culture. A very nice way to discover this area is by bike. There are organised biketours available to see the lovely hills around and visit some winecellar for winetasting. Not too much though! You still have to bike home!

This warm and pleasant home is the beloved country place of our family, located on the slopes of the Pisan mountains. Set in complete tranquility surrounded by woods and olive trees. Access is by 2 km of unpaved road. The place is lovingly furnished with period pieces. There's an entirely fenced pool to cool off and let the children play in the hot summer days. The house is divided into three apartments, all at your disposal. This makes it the perfect home for two or three families each one of you having the possibility to read a book or take a nap without being disturbed by others, also musquitos! For which there are nets in the windows. It is also perfect for a large family with several generations, you can arrange as suits you best. There's a small apartment for two persons on the ground floor next to the swimming pool, ideal for the grandparents or a couple with a small child, while others will stay on the first floor. Thanks to the bread machine guests can enjoy every morning fresh bread. And how not to mention the delicious extra virgin oil from the olive trees surrounding the house; guests will have the chance to taste the oil and if they like it, take it back home!
