A tranquil country break in a beautiful setting with the elements of a working farm around you. Duloe is the nearest village where you will find a cosy country inn serving real ales and food. Close by are the villages of Lanreath and Lerryn with fine river walks to Fowey while Looe is a thriving fishing port offering two wonderful beaches and a wider choice of amenities a short drive. Attractions within a half-hour drive include the Wild Futures Monkey Sanctuary as well as the National Trust-owned Lanhydrock House.This cottage adjoins the owners farmhouse and yet will still offer you all the privacy and space you need during a break in Cornwall. On the ground floor of the property guests will find the lounge open-plan kitchen-diner and utility room. The lounge is light and airy and offers plenty of entertainment in the form of a brand new Smart TV. French doors also lead out from the lounge directly to the surrounding outside space. In the kitchen/diner guests will find everything they need to make themselves feel at home including an electric oven and hob microwave dishwasher and fridge/freezer. In addition the utility room also provides a washing machine as well as a WC. Upstairs there are two bedrooms both with TVs and DVDs: one super-king-size and one twin with 2 6 beds. The twin beds can be made up into a king-size on request. Historic Plymouth home of the National Marine Aquarium Hoe and Barbican is also nearby. This is a charming reverse-level cottage which you can either enter via the external steps or ground floor. On entering via the steps you will find yourself in the spacious and welcoming open-plan first-floor lounge/kitchen/dining area. This is a delightful space with beautiful views exposed beams and some original stonework. You can relax in the gorgeous and cosy lounge complete with TV/DVD and enjoy a meal in the traditional dining area. The stylish and elegant kitchen is complete with integrated oven and hob microwave and fridge/freezer. Heading down to the ground floor you will find two bedrooms: one double and one twin. The bathroom with shower over the short bath and WC is also to be found on the ground floor as is the washing machine. Stepping outside you can relax and sit back in the garden shared with the owners of the property. Please note this is accessed by steps so care must be taken with small children.
