The beautiful two-floor villa Casa Stefanie, with separate apartment, has a stunning sea view and is situated in the urbanization of Balcón al Mar, in the charming coastal town of Jávea, on the Costa Blanca. Some restaurants can be found in the surrounding area. The distance to Arenal beach with its restaurants, bars and shops is 7 km. The villa is located on a 900 m2 plot and has a private swimming pool.  The municipal area of Javea is crescent shaped and is located between the Capes of Gata and La Nao. It occupies an area of 68.4 km². Its coordinates are 38º 47' 40'' North and 0º 9' 90'' East. The coast of Javea has a varied landscape, which extends over a length of 25 km. In general, the land of the area is very uneven. The flat areas are composed of alluvial deposits, fertile lands, which are ideal for the cultivation of grapes, almonds, olives and oranges. The mountainous areas are covered by extensive pine forests. Javea's climate, like the rest of the Costa Blanca, is characterized by a temperate climate: the Montgo Mountain protects from the cold in winter and the breezes temper the heat in summer.
