Walk through the enclosed garden down to the wooden porch with rocking chair and into the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. If you decide to eat in there s a small electric oven and hob fridge and Belfast sink. The water will need to be heated on the hob for washing up though a small chore in this lovely setting. The dining table and chairs are perfectly positioned by the window to enjoy a hearty breakfast maybe use the ingredients from the welcome hamper with eggs baked beans bread butter and jam. The electric shower with WC is a great way to start the day. After a full day exploring just relax on the sofa lose yourself in a good book watch a film on the TV/DVD or just snuggle up by the wood burner. The cosy bedroom has been designed for a good night s sleep with double bed and dreamcatcher on the wall. Outside the enclosed garden is sided by trees with a paved area grass seating areas on the decked porch and table and chairs for al fresco dining. The range style fencing is across the 17 acre sanctuary farm with horses donkeys and chickens. Walk down to the water hole for wild swimming meet with the owners for private donkey picnics in the wood or find out more from the resident horse listener. This is a unique and special place for a couple to retreat and unwind. Private off-road parking for one car is available at the property. If you are bringing your bikes you can lock them by the side of the cabin. The owners are on-site though privacy is assured. A little further afield the Brecon Beacons and Black Mountains and the stunning Elan Valley are definitely worth exploring whatever the time of year. Potter across the courtyard to this charming cottage step through the wooden door into the kitchen where you can leave your walking boots behind. The kitchen is a great space finished with a contemporary style and underfloor heating for colder months that will impress any chef offering an electric oven and hob microwave fridge/freezer dishwasher and washing machine. Step on through into the lounge where the wood burner comes with a basket of logs and is great to light after a day of exploring.
