The city of Leeds which is located 15 miles south of the property is a popular shopping mecca which is home to a branch of Harvey Nichols and a range of other designer shops. This stunning property has been converted to a very high standard and guests cannot help but fall in love from the moment they arrive. The first thing that they will notice is the fantastic sense of space and light which the property affords due to the huge floor-to-ceiling windows in the main living areas. The main lounge is a particularly spacious room which overlooks the large garden and has several deep sofas which allow for plenty of room to stretch out whilst enjoying a film or your favourite TV show. This room leads on to the dining/kitchen another light-filled space which has a large table and large bi-fold doors which allow guests to extend the room outside onto the patio. The kitchen offers a good range of equipment including an oven hob microwave two fridges freezer and dishwasher. The washing machine and tumble dryer meanwhile can be found in the handy boot-room which is located just off the main hallway and offers not only laundry facilities but also a dehumidifier and drying rack which are very useful for guests who have been out and about enjoying walks in the local area.
