This splendid holiday home offers a private terrace and a private section of the spacious lawn You share the pool and the driveway of the fenced lot with the friendly owner. The holiday home is situated on a departmental road. You cannot see the road due to the natural stone fence. The villa is comfortably furnished with spacious quarters on the ground floor. You are within an hour of the many tourist sights of the departements of Gard, Ardèche and the Drôme. We mention the amphitheatre of Orange (6 km), the medieval town of Vaison-la-Romaine (33 km) and the well known Gorges de l'Ardèche (ca. 30 km) with beaches and canoe rental. Make plans for the next day on the gravel patio / courtyard with seating in the shade. If the weather's nice, you'll be eating outside of course, a nice and cozy spot is especially near the brick BBQ. If you're up for some sports there is a basketball hoop, jeu-de-boules and mini billiards. But especially a private tennis court (21 x 10 m, kind of half-court), with adjustable net for tennis, volleyball or badminton. The interior is well-cared for. In the living room you will find copper, wood and banjos as decoration and a fireplace in the middle. The house is located at 1 km from Piolenc. It's a friendly town where you can find a supermarket, bank, post office and restaurants. This wonderful holiday villa, with a private swimming pool, is tucked away between the beautiful greenery of the Luberon. It is a lovely place, 1.5 km from Villars and 3 km from charming Apt. The house has a gym with sauna and shower. The villa's discrete caretaker lives in the adjacent house to the side of the villa (no visual contact and private entrance). Villars and its surroundings have a lot to offer. You can enjoy a delicious meal in one of the restaurants in Apt or play golf in Vallars on one of the beautiful golf courses (9 holes). There is a nice bathing lake two kilometres away. You can buy the local delicacies at the regional markets (Fridays in Bonnieux and Saturdays in Apt, for cooking a wonderful meal. If you want to dine in luxury, the two-star restaurant Bastide de Capelongue in Bonnieux is highly recommended. And take a walk through the picturesque town of Roussillon (13 km) with its striking red-ochre rocks. Peter Mayle wrote about this splendid area in his bestseller 'A Year in Provence'. Bonnieux is part of the 'Golden Triangle' of Lubéron, as is Ménerbes (25 km). The little village of Gordes, built against the rocks, is also worth a day trip.

It is purely natural and absolute privacy in a unique location. The house is accessed through a gate with a code and a dirt road about 300 meter.Het typical Provencal village of Lauris is 2 km away. You can be your fresh croissants from seven o'clock in the morning or later get to read your newspaper with a grand café with bonpappa in the local pub. The village is still unspoilt, with hardly any tourists. Mondays there is a market with ie fresh fish from Marseille. On the way to the village is a bowling alley. There are bowls in the house. There are tennis courts and the Pont Royal Golf is located approximately one hectare Please note!
