On entering this barn conversion property guests will find themselves in the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with its inviting leather sofas warming wood burner TV and DVD dining table seating eight and patio doors which lead out to the courtyard. A breakfast bar in the spacious kitchen area provides a second dining space and is ideal for enjoying drinks and chatting whilst preparing meals. The kitchen itself has been well thought out and offers an electric range style cooker microwave American style fridge freezer dishwasher and washer/dryer. Also on the ground floor is a convenient cloakroom with WC. All four of the property s bedrooms are located on the first floor the first of which is a double room which benefits from an en-suite bathroom with shower-over-bath and WC as well as a Juliette balcony.
