This fabulous family residence with premier riverbank position, is just a short stroll to restaurants, cafes and bars of Dartmouth in South Devon. Arranged over three floors with four large bedrooms, one with en-suite and each with river views. Two rooms come with access to the top floor balcony overlooking the river. On the middle level an open plan room with comfortable sitting area with large 55" TV, pool table and dining area. There is a separate kitchen well equipped to cater for large parties with another dining area. A snug room is fully equipped with lots of games and TV with Wii Sports. On the lower ground floor the swimming pool and poolside gym with table tennis can be added at an additional cost per week. The property has two parking bays. Bight Boathouse is a fabulous choice to share with friends and families at any time of year.

Totherside is perched high above the rooftops of the charming village of Kingwear overlooking the River Dart within walking distance of the village store, restaurants and the ferry to Dartmouth. A large, luxurious property designed with a reverse interior to maximize the incredible views of the river. The property has three ground floor bedrooms one, with en-suite shower room and a family bathroom. On the first floor the master bedroom has a private balcony and en-suite shower room. In total the property can sleep up to 7 adults and 1 child. A superb open plan living space boasts a large glazed window, comfortable leather settees and recliners. A quality kitchen/diner leads to a rear patio and sun terraces with barbecue areas an unbeatable position for breakfasts, al fresco suppers and sunsets with the most wonderful river setting as the backdrop. There is a further sun terrace below with sun loungers for relaxing in the sunshine. Parking for two cars is on the driveway however access is via a steep and narrow road unsuitable for wide vehicles. Further parking can be found in the Marina car park. Access to Totherside is via 40 steps up and therefore not suitable for those with mobility difficulties. Choose a self-catering holiday at Totherside for a special celebration, family reunion or simply to share with friends.

Dartmouth is full of history and heritage and no trip to this town would be complete without visiting Dartmouth Castle or Agatha Christie s Greenway National Trust Holiday Home. For the kids there are plenty of local attractions such as Woodlands Theme Park and activities such as crabbing are a popular pastime on the embankment to keep them amused. Perfectly situated with uninterrupted panoramic riverside views this property has the most amazing backdrop whatever the season. The beautiful well-equipped kitchen area offers an electric range oven and hob fridge/freezer microwave coffee machine and two dishwashers. The first of the two lounges boasts panoramic views through the floor to ceiling feature windows. Sit back and relax amongst the rich soft furnishings and watch your favourite programme on the Smart TV or just enjoy the breathtaking views up and down the River Dart. On a beautiful summer s day pull back the bi-folding doors and enjoy al fresco dining with friends and family on the patio which is situated just off the kitchen. Heading back down the stairs onto the ground floor you will enter the fabulous second lounge area where you can light the fire on those cooler evenings and enjoy a board game with the family or catch up on your favourite programmes on the Smart TV (with basic Sky package). Following on through this stylish property you will enter the first of the five bedrooms a twin bedroom with en-suite shower and WC and patio doors which lead out onto a small patio area allowing you to enjoy a morning coffee with a view. Heading back into the lounge take the spiral staircase up to the first floor where you will find three bedrooms a king-size bedroom with en-suite shower and WC and a Juliet balcony boasting spectacular views a further king-size bedroom which also offers breathtaking views and a twin bedroom which again offers beautiful views from the comfort of your bed.
