Perfectly placed on the edge of the village of Kilkhampton which offers a choice of two traditional inns village stores a great selection of takeaways and easy access onto the A39. This cute and quirky split-level cottage is ideal for couples with exposed beams and many character features it s a great base from which to explore the whole of North Cornwall and Devon. Entering the cottage through the low stable door (mind your head!) you are greeted by a sunken lounge area accessed down a few steps. It s a cosy space with comfy seating electric wood burner effect stove shelves filled with books and a large Smart TV. Heading back up the steps to the landing area you then continue down a couple of steps into the spacious kitchen/diner with electric oven and hob microwave and fridge with ice compartment. We do suggest the property is better suited to the more active as the staircase up to the mezzanine level where you will find a cosy yet comfortable double bed is steep and slightly narrow.
