Outside there's off road parking for two cars and a lawned, private garden with furniture. The property is set on the site of Trevalgas Farm Cottages and shares a 40' swimming pool with the other cottage there. The property can accommodate four people in two double bedrooms, one on the ground floor with doors opening onto a sitting area on a balcony, plus one upstairs with an en-suite WC and beautiful views.
